Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Engnova account and associated data at any time. Because your account lives on the learning platform you use (CEFR Academy or IELTS Level), deletion is handled per platform.
How to request deletion
Email engnovaapp@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account", and tell us which platform you use (CEFR Academy or IELTS Level). We will verify the request and process it.
What is deleted
- Your profile and sign-in information
- Your learning data — progress, answers, scores, and practice recordings
What may be kept
We may retain a limited record of completed payments where required for accounting or legal reasons. These records are kept no longer than the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
How long it takes
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. We will confirm by email once your data has been removed.
