Privacy Policy

Engnova ("we", "the app") is a mobile application that provides access to two English-learning platforms — CEFR Academy and IELTS Level. This policy explains what information the app handles and how. Engnova is operated by Jaloliddin To'ychiboyev, Uzbekistan.
How Engnova works
Engnova is a container that opens the learning platform you choose. Your account, learning progress, and payments are handled by that platform, each with its own systems. The app itself does not run a separate account system.
Information handled
- Account information — such as your name and email, used to sign you in. Held by the platform you choose.
- Learning data — your lessons, answers, scores, and progress, stored by the platform to run the service.
- Microphone audio — when you use speaking or pronunciation practice, your recording is captured and sent to the platform for automated feedback. It is used only to score that exercise.
- Notifications — if you allow them, a device notification token is used to send study reminders. You can turn these off in your device settings.
- Basic device & diagnostic data — standard information needed to run the app reliably and fix problems.
How it is used
To provide the learning service, give you feedback on your practice, keep you signed in, send reminders you opt into, and keep the app secure and working.
Who it is shared with
We do not sell your data. Data is processed by the platforms and their service providers, including hosting and database (Supabase), AI providers used to grade writing and speaking, and payment providers (Payme, Click, Stripe) when you subscribe. These providers process data only to deliver the service.
Payments
Subscriptions are purchased on each platform's website through the payment providers above. The app does not collect card details.
Data retention & your rights
Your data is kept while your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time — see Account & Data Deletion.
Children
Engnova is intended for students preparing for English exams. Where a user is a minor, a parent or guardian should review and agree to this policy on their behalf.
Security
We and our providers use reasonable technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the app means you accept the current version.
