Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Engnova (“the app”, “the service”), operated by Jaloliddin To’ychiboyev, Uzbekistan (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Engnova, you agree to these terms.
The service
Engnova is a mobile application that helps you learn English through structured lessons, practice exercises, and automated feedback. The service is provided “as available” and we may change features from time to time.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Do not share your account with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that happens on your account.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, that misuse the service, or that abuse other users or our systems.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you create in Engnova — your written answers, your speaking recordings, and other work you produce. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely to provide the service to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use Engnova to:
- Violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Submit malicious code, spam, or automated abuse.
- Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation.
Payments and subscriptions
Some parts of Engnova require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our payment partners Payme (paycom.uz) and Click (click.uz). Settlements go to our legal entity RAVNAQ TALIM AKADEMIYA — this is the name that will appear on the payment page and on your bank statement.
There is no automatic renewal. Each payment buys one fixed period (1, 3 or 6 months) and nothing is charged again when it ends. We do not store your card and we cannot take a repeat payment — there is nothing to cancel. When the period runs out, Premium access simply stops until you choose to buy another period. Prices may change over time; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that period.
Refunds
7-day money-back guarantee. Changed your mind within 7 days? One message and you get a full refund. The window is 7 calendar days — not working days — counted from the day your payment is received, and it applies to every subscription length. You do not have to give a reason, and we do not deduct anything for the days you already used.
To request it, message us from the app (Settings → “To’lov va qaytarish”) or email engnovaapp@gmail.com from your account email. One message is enough. We return the money through the same payment partner you paid with (Payme or Click), so it lands back on the card you used; the partner’s own processing time applies. Premium access ends when the refund is issued.
After the 7 days, requests are handled case by case — write to us with your account email and what went wrong.
Intellectual property
The Engnova app, brand, content library, curriculum, and code are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without written permission.
Third-party services
Engnova depends on third-party services (see our Privacy Policy). Those services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those services or their availability.
No warranties
Engnova is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific outcome for you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to Engnova will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of Engnova after an update means you accept the current version. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will notify you in-app or by email before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any dispute arising from or relating to Engnova will be resolved in the competent courts of Uzbekistan, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
